Around 10:10 UTC an update to a load balancer caused access issues and server errors when browsing my Pingdom. This did not affect alerting or monitoring. The issue was resolved at 11:15 UTC

We have, as mentioned earlier, experienced incidents in the past few weeks and we appreciate your patience while we work on this. A longer explanation is forthcoming and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. We are committed to do better, a lot better.

We are experiencing some intermittent error messages and access issues with these services. We are turning over all stones to sort this mess out as fast as possible.

Things seems to have calmed down now.

Services recovered and everything is more responsive now. There might be latent problems with loading the Issues view in the mobile app but this does not affect functionality overall.

As mentioned in an earlier status announcement we will be explaining all these issues in the detail shortly.

We're experience high loads on these services now. Alerting and monitoring unaffected. Hard at work on fixing this, apologies.

Services restored. Servers beefed up and things are back to normal. We'll be publishing a post mortem explaining the unfortunate many issues we've had over the past weeks.
